Creating a dato judi account is free and can be completed in under 2 minutes. During registration, you are required to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. Required information includes:

Dato judi employs Know Your Customer (KYC) to verify the identity of new members. This process may require you to submit a copy of your MyKad or passport, a recent bank statement, or other supporting documents. Dato judi reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed as a result of a technical error, odds display error, or other exceptional circumstances. In such cases, the full bet amount will be refunded to your account.

To protect all members and the integrity of the platform, dato judi strictly prohibits the following conduct. A violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of account balances without compensation:

• Registering more than one account, whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or device.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technological tools to manipulate or exploit the dato judi betting system.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to exploit system errors, bonuses, or promotions.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your real location or identity.
• Transferring funds between member accounts for the purposes of money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or cause damage to dato judi's technical systems.

Closure by Member: You may close your dato judi account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Prior to closure, any eligible remaining balance will be refunded to your Malaysian bank account or eWallet within 3–5 business days, once all conditions have been met.

Closure by dato judi: dato judi reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term set out in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, dato judi reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, pending withdrawals, and account balances where fraud or system manipulation has been proven.

Dato judi provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available and free from technical disruptions, maintenance downtime, or circumstances beyond our control.

Dato judi is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from disruptions to your internet connection or device.
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes — all games carry inherent risk and results are determined at random.
• Actions or omissions by third-party payment service providers (banks, eWallets).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Dato judi's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim.
